Full Name: Jeffrey Reginald Chang Age throughout movie: 21 (The film begins with his birthday ) Jeff Chang is a (former) best friend of the films main protagonists Casey and Miller, who after convincing dear Jeff Chang (whose name is never shortened from Jeff Chang) to come with them to "party hard" for his 21st, are lost trying to find their way back to his house. After bar-hopping through multiple themed bars, notably a western theme with a mechanical bull which Jeff my boy rides and throws up on.

Jeff Chang is your typical 21 year old. But on the night of his birthday, that all changed. On the night before an important medical school interview. Jeff's two best friends come and offer to take him out for his 21st birthday. But Jeff Chang cannot because of the interview. But then his friends promise to only give him one drink. But, soon after Jeff Chang gets drunk and the night seems to never end. Jeff is portrayed in the film by Justin Chon.[]
